Jess Moore Matthews

Founder & Chief Good Troublemaker

Jess’ expertise comes from her leadership on several presidential and down-ballot campaigns, as well as in industries from tech to state and local government. Her activism has always empowered underestimated leaders to claim their seat at the table.

Victoria Juste

Operations Manager

Victoria’s experience leading operations for higher education and nonprofits has led her to implement school-wide communication systems for New York City schools. She is currently studying social work as a graduate student at New York University.

Ana is a queer Afro-latina with years of experience as a community organizer, creative strategist and storyteller centering Black power and joy. Ana spearheads digital advocacy campaigns for social and political organizations globally.

Robin is a writer, content strategist and entrepreneur from the Bronx with prior experience in journalism, community building and group facilitation. Robin develops ideas that empower communities to lead our democracy forward.

Simonne is a scholar and organizer with years of experience leading community, electoral, labor and digital organizing efforts. They are invested in examining power and eradicating systems of oppression in pursuit of Black liberation.

Dani’s experience in digital storytelling comes from her work on short films and in-depth interviews with leading changemakers. She is committed to challenging the status quo and building a safer world for communities pushed to the margins.
